- Diploma in Electrical / Civil / Survey Engineering (for Diploma Trainee posts)
- Graduate degree (BBA/BBM/BBS) for JOT (HR)

- ITI (Surveyor) for JIT (Survey)
- Minimum 70% marks required for General/OBC/EWS (relaxation for reserved categories)
